Which way up should the mat go?
This mat is blue on one side and grey on the other. So which way up should it go? The non-slip grey side should be in contact with the floor. The blue side is designed to resist rubbing by your shoes, so that's the side you train on.If you need to be more comfortable, such as when kneeling, just fold the mat in half!
How to clean your mat
If you want to clean your mat between sessions, all you need is a cloth and some soapy water. Leave it to dry fully before folding it up again.
A HANDY TIP
You can also fold the mat over itself for an extra layer of cushioning when doing exercises on your knees. That's what we do, and it works like a charm! :)
