Preparation and dosage:

Mix 32g of powder (1 scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or vegetable drink. Pour the liquid into a shaker first and then pour in the powder. Shake well until dissolved.

Recommended intake:

The shake can be consumed after training or as a snack during the day (1-3 servings per day).
